We usually reply within a day or two. To help us sort things out faster, let us know your device (for example, iPhone 15), your iOS version, and what happened.

Restore a purchase

If you bought Hueline Pro and it isn't showing up, open Hueline, go to the Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you're signed in with the same one you bought with.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Hueline Pro is billed by Apple, so you manage it in iOS Settings: tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Hueline. You can switch tier or cancel there. A lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and never renews.

Your data and privacy

Hueline has no account and no server. Your play history, streak, and The Mosaic live only on your device, so to remove everything you simply delete the app. Our privacy policy has the full picture.

Game Center

Leaderboards and achievements are optional and handled by Apple Game Center. If they aren't working, check that Game Center is signed in under iOS Settings. Hueline plays fully without it.
